Shipping policy

In-store pickup (free). Calle Enrique Palacios 340, Miraflores, Lima, Peru. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup.

Metropolitan Lima. S/ 15.00 per order. Delivered within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Rest of Peru. We arrange shipping with you by email (renzoboggiostudio@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+51 904 520 660).

International shipping (Serpost — Exporta Fácil).

• Message us by email or WhatsApp and we'll quote your shipping. The cost depends on the destination country and parcel weight.
• We ship from Lima with Serpost, Peru's postal service, under SUNAT's Exporta Fácil program, and send you the tracking number.
• Delivery may take longer due to customs processing at destination.
• Duties and taxes: prices and shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country. These are set by your country's customs and are the buyer's responsibility. RenzoBoggio/Estudio does not control these charges and is not responsible for them, or for delays or holds by destination customs.
• Depending on local rules, your parcel may be delivered to your door, or you may need to collect it and pay any charges. If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Service limits: up to US$ 7,500 declared value per shipment and up to 30 kg per parcel. Destination countries may set lower limits.

Currency. All charges are made in Peruvian soles (PEN).

Fragile pieces. Every ceramic piece is carefully packed. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the piece.
