Shipping and returns
You can pick up your order for free at the studio (Miraflores). In Metropolitan Lima, delivery takes up to 5 business days. For the rest of Peru, we arrange shipping with you. Abroad, it goes by registered mail and the cost shows at checkout.
International shipping: prices and shipping do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country. These are paid by the buyer and the store is not responsible for them.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, to almost anywhere, by registered mail with tracking. The cost shows at checkout once you enter your address, and depends on the country and weight. There's no fixed delivery time: it depends on the postal service and your country's customs. Destination taxes and duties are paid by the buyer.
Which currency will I pay in?
All payments are made in Peruvian soles (PEN). If you shop from outside Peru you'll see an approximate price in your currency for reference only: your bank handles the conversion.
Are all pieces identical?
They can show slight variations in color or glaze, part of the ceramic process. No two are exactly alike. Lucky us.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, for free, at Calle Enrique Palacios 340, Miraflores, Lima. We'll let you know when it's ready.
